As Satori’s Demand Generation Expert, you will be responsible for the strategy and execution of marketing programs that capture and nurture marketing leads across multiple channels. These programs will include outreach to our existing database through marketing automation, virtual and in-person events, paid media programs, and search engine and website optimization. The ideal candidate is extremely entrepreneurial, with a strong track record of driving pipeline and revenue growth for B2B SaaS companies. This position reports to the VP of Marketing and requires extensive collaboration with Sales and SDR.
This position has a specific focus on digital marketing, and requires experience in building or growing significant digital strategy and channels.
- Develop activities and measurements to increase marketing performance of our digital activities.
- Develop integrated paid and organic programs that significantly increase engagement and overall pipeline, along with the other marketing team members.
- Analyze campaign outcomes in detail (leads, meetings, opportunities, ROI, etc), drawing insights and presenting results clearly to facilitate sound decision-making and the next steps.
- Develop and execute demand-generation initiatives to drive new Satori prospect engagement and nurture our existing leads.
- Improve operational processes and reporting related to demand generation programs to measure effectiveness, performance and ROI of marketing spend.
- Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing automation systems (Hubspot & Salesforce) to better nurture prospects and/or customers, drive engagement, and increase conversion rates to meetings & opportunities.
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation with B2B SaaS companies
- Specialization in digital channels
- Master at developing, executing, and measuring innovative and results-focused demand programs and campaigns
- Demonstrated analytical ability, specifically around program measurement and ROI, and program execution skills
- Experience influencing and communicating product offers to customers, prospects and sales professionals; demonstrated by excellent written (including copywriting and proofreading) and oral communication skills
- Strong project management skills and experience with meticulious attention to detail
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with popular marketing automation and systems, particularly Hubspot and Salesforce
- Expert understanding of the demand generation playbook, accompanied by a desire to get creative and experiment with new ideas, tactics and opportunities
